Listen to the tranquil visual and guided imagery as you gently relax and restore. One hour equals 3-4 hours of deep sleep. You will feel refreshed and reinvigorated after the session. There are no yoga poses. Just a morning to relax and clear your mind.
We are so fortunate to have our friend Joy Hoffman for this event. Joy’s passion in life is to educate adults & children on how thoughts, emotions and physical well being are all connected. Joy is certified as a Yoga Nidra Therapist and has taught in the US and internationally.
Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask or washcloth and an optional towel for under your knees.
